These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the MF Plus membership program ("MF Plus") offered by Mass Fabrications Pty Ltd (ABN 43 674 832 430) ("Mass Fabrications", "we", "us" or "our").
By joining or participating in MF Plus, you agree to these Terms.
1. About MF Plus
MF Plus is a free membership program offered by Mass Fabrications.
MF Plus provides members with access to selected rewards, promotions, member benefits and other offers.
There is currently no fee to join or maintain MF Plus membership.

Membership benefits, offers and program features may change from time to time. Individual offers may also have additional terms, eligibility requirements, exclusions or expiry dates.
2. Joining MF Plus
Customers may join MF Plus through the free MF Plus Membership option available on the Mass Fabrications website.
Customers may also become MF Plus members through an eligible Mass Fabrications purchase.
When the MF Welcome Offer is applied to an order, a customer who is not already an MF Plus member will become an MF Plus member when the order is completed.
Existing MF Plus members remain members and do not need to join again when making subsequent purchases.
Customers must provide accurate information when joining MF Plus and maintain accurate account information where required.
3. MF Welcome Offer
The MF Welcome Offer is an automatic promotional offer provided by Mass Fabrications.
The current MF Welcome Offer provides:
- 20% off eligible purchases; and
- free standard shipping on eligible orders.
The MF Welcome Offer is currently available to all customers, subject to applicable product, order, shipping and promotional conditions.
Where applicable, the offer is automatically applied to the eligible order, and customers do not need to enter a discount code.
If a customer who is not already an MF Plus member completes an order with the MF Welcome Offer applied, that customer will become an MF Plus member when the order is completed.
The MF Welcome Offer:
- applies automatically where the order and products are eligible;
- provides 20% off eligible products while the promotion remains active;
- provides free standard shipping on eligible orders while the promotion remains active;
- may exclude certain products, collections, services, shipping options or other items;
- may not be combined with other discounts, discount codes or promotions unless expressly stated;
- may be subject to minimum purchase requirements or other promotional conditions where specified;
- may be changed, suspended or withdrawn by Mass Fabrications from time to time; and
- may be subject to additional conditions displayed on the Mass Fabrications website or at checkout.
The availability of the MF Welcome Offer does not guarantee that every product, order or transaction will qualify for the offer.
4. MF Plus Membership Benefits
MF Plus members may receive access to the following benefits.
🎯 MF Rewards Program
MF Plus members can participate in the MF Rewards Program.
Members can earn rewards points on eligible purchases.
Accumulated points may be redeemed for available discounts and other rewards offered through the MF Rewards Program.
The number of points earned, eligible purchases, redemption requirements and available rewards may vary.
MF Rewards points and benefits are subject to the applicable rewards rules and may be changed from time to time.
🏷️ Member Offers & Promotions
MF Plus members may receive access to selected member offers, promotional discounts and other special promotions.
Individual offers may have their own terms, eligibility requirements, exclusions and expiry dates.
🎁 Birthday Rewards
MF Plus members may be eligible to receive a special birthday reward or exclusive offer during their birthday month.
Members may need to provide accurate birthday information and meet any applicable eligibility requirements to receive a birthday reward.
Birthday rewards are subject to the terms communicated with the applicable birthday offer.
🚀 More Benefits to Come
Mass Fabrications may introduce additional MF Plus benefits, rewards, features and member offers in the future.
The availability of any particular future benefit is not guaranteed unless expressly stated by Mass Fabrications.
5. MF Rewards Points
MF Rewards points are provided as part of the MF Rewards Program.
Points may be earned on eligible purchases and redeemed for available discounts or other rewards.
Mass Fabrications may change the points-earning structure, eligible purchases, redemption requirements, available rewards or other aspects of the MF Rewards Program from time to time.
If an order is cancelled, refunded, returned or otherwise reversed, rewards points associated with that order may be reversed or adjusted.
Unless otherwise required by law, rewards points:
- have no cash value;
- cannot be exchanged for cash;
- cannot be sold or transferred;
- are associated with the relevant customer account; and
- may be adjusted or cancelled where an order or transaction giving rise to the points is reversed or found to be invalid.
6. Discounts, Shipping & Promotions
The MF Welcome Offer and other MF Plus promotions may be subject to individual conditions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, discounts cannot necessarily be combined with other discounts, discount codes or promotional offers.
Free standard shipping is available only where the applicable offer or promotion states that the order qualifies.
Express shipping and other shipping upgrades are not included unless expressly stated in the relevant offer.
Certain products, collections, services, shipping options or other items may be excluded from a promotion.
Each promotion may have its own terms, eligibility requirements, exclusions and expiry dates.
Mass Fabrications may correct obvious pricing, discount or promotional errors, subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law.
7. Email Marketing & Communications
MF Plus membership and email marketing consent are separate matters.
Becoming an MF Plus member does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive promotional or marketing communications where consent is required under applicable law.
Customers may receive transactional, account, membership, rewards or other service-related communications where appropriate.
Customers who provide the appropriate marketing consent may receive promotional communications relating to Mass Fabrications, MF Plus, products, rewards, offers and promotions.
Customers can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe option provided in the relevant communication or through applicable account or subscription settings.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not necessarily cancel MF Plus membership.
8. Fair Use & Misuse
MF Plus is intended for individual customers and personal use.
Misuse of MF Plus may include, but is not limited to:
- creating or using multiple accounts to obtain additional discounts or rewards;
- attempting to circumvent discount or promotional restrictions;
- manipulating or abusing the MF Rewards Program;
- attempting to obtain rewards points through fraudulent or invalid transactions;
- sharing offers intended for individual use where prohibited;
- engaging in fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful activity; or
- otherwise using MF Plus in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
Where misuse is identified, Mass Fabrications may take reasonable action, including adjusting or cancelling rewards, discounts or benefits, or suspending or terminating MF Plus membership.
Any action taken by Mass Fabrications remains subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law.
9. Membership Cancellation & Termination
Members may request cancellation of their MF Plus membership through available account settings or by contacting Mass Fabrications customer support.
Mass Fabrications may suspend or terminate an individual membership where reasonably necessary, including in cases of misuse, fraud, abuse or breach of these Terms.
Mass Fabrications may also suspend, modify or discontinue the MF Plus program.
Where MF Plus is discontinued, Mass Fabrications will provide reasonable notice where appropriate.
Termination of MF Plus does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
Any unused rewards, discounts or benefits following termination will be handled in accordance with the applicable terms of those rewards or promotions and applicable law.
10. Changes to MF Plus
Mass Fabrications may update, modify, suspend or discontinue MF Plus or any individual membership benefit from time to time.
Changes may include changes to:
- rewards and points;
- promotional offers;
- eligibility requirements;
- membership features; and
- other MF Plus benefits.
Where appropriate, significant changes will be communicated through the Mass Fabrications website or other reasonable communication channels.
11. Future Membership Fees
MF Plus is currently offered free of charge.
If Mass Fabrications proposes to introduce a membership fee in the future, the applicable pricing, terms and payment arrangements will be communicated before any new fee becomes payable.
Customers will not be charged a new membership fee without appropriate notice and, where required, agreement or acceptance in accordance with applicable law.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with MF Plus will be handled in accordance with Mass Fabrications' applicable Privacy Policy.
Information provided for MF Plus membership, rewards, birthday benefits, account management or marketing preferences may be used for the purposes described in the applicable privacy and membership information.
Customers should review the Mass Fabrications Privacy Policy for further information about the collection, use and handling of personal information.
13. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law, or any applicable state or territory legislation.
To the extent permitted by law, these Terms apply in addition to any rights and remedies available to consumers under applicable Australian law.

15. Acceptance of These Terms
By joining or participating in MF Plus, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
These Terms should be read together with any applicable Mass Fabrications Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, MF Rewards terms and individual promotional terms.
