Meet the Founder
Hi, I'm Shehan, the founder of Senior Consulting Australia. Since 2021 I have worked in the banking sector in customer-facing roles, where I regularly assist seniors with digital banking, online services and general technology use. Over time, I witnessed how confusing modern systems can be for older Australians — and how quickly a simple mistake can lead to scams, financial loss or frustration.
My passion for supporting seniors is also personal. More than 10 years ago, my father became disabled due to paralysis, and I saw firsthand how challenging everyday tasks and technology can become without the right help. That experience shaped my belief that technology should enable independence, not take it away.
Through Senior Consulting Australia, we now provide patient, one-to-one digital training, smart device setup, scam awareness education and online banking support — all designed to build confidence, not overwhelm. Our goal is to help seniors stay safe, connected and empowered in a digital world that is evolving faster than ever.
We believe no one is too old to learn — they just need guidance, patience and someone who truly cares.
