Senior Plus - Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Senior Plus program ("Senior Plus") offered by Senior Consulting Australia, a subsidiary of Mass Fabrications Pty Ltd (ABN: 43 674 832 430) ("we", "us", "our"). By subscribing and confirming your participation in the Senior Plus program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility

Senior Plus is open to all individuals, regardless of age.

To become a member:

You must add the Senior Plus Membership to your cart and complete the free ($0) checkout via the official product page:

Membership is activated once checkout is completed.

2. Membership Benefits

Senior Plus members may receive:

• Exclusive discounts and special offers across selected Senior Consulting Australia services
• Early access to selected updates, services, and announcements
• Helpful guides and resources designed to support independent and confident living

Senior Plus benefits do not include product purchases, discounts, or shipping. Benefits may change, be updated, or vary based on availability. We may add or remove specific benefits at any time.

3. Membership Activation & Communications

Your membership is linked to the email used during checkout.

By completing the free checkout, you agree to receive program-related and marketing communications.

You may unsubscribe from emails at any time; however, doing so may result in loss of access to Senior Plus member communications and benefits.

4. Fair Use & Misuse

Senior Plus is designed for individual, non-commercial use only.

We reserve the right to monitor participation and take appropriate action if misuse is detected, including but not limited to:

• Sharing or abusing member-only offers
• Using fake or duplicate accounts
• Misrepresenting eligibility

We may suspend or terminate access to Senior Plus benefits in such cases.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of your Senior Plus membership indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your Senior Plus membership at any time by:

• Unsubscribing from our newsletter via the link in your email, or
• Contacting us directly

Cancellation will result in immediate loss of access to all Senior Plus benefits.

7. Relationship to MF Plus

Senior Plus is a program operated by Senior Consulting Australia, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mass Fabrications Pty Ltd. It is separate and distinct from the MF Plus program, and benefits do not overlap or transfer between programs.

Note: Senior Consulting Australia does not sell or fulfil physical products. All products are handled by Mass Fabrications Pty Ltd.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. These Terms do not exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer rights or remedies available under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 or related state legislation.
